Colucci's Hair Design, DBA Cousia Towns Beauty Company, sets forth the following terms and conditions that clients must adhere to:

1. Deposits: Clients must honor upfront deposits for all services. This is necessary to secure and allocate the required time and resources for their appointment. Please note that we do not accept checks as a form of payment for deposits.

2. Health and Safety: To ensure a safe and hygienic environment, clients are requested to refrain from scheduling appointments if they have sores, abrasions, or any scalp conditions that may pose a risk to themselves or our staff. Furthermore, if a client is currently taking medication prescribed by a doctor that may potentially result in hair loss or other adverse effects, it is imperative to inform us before booking the appointment.

3. Respectful Behavior: We strive to create a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere for all clients. We kindly request that clients refrain from engaging in loud or disruptive behavior that may disturb others. Additionally, any form of rude or disrespectful behavior towards our staff or fellow clients will not be tolerated.

4. Appointment Time: We value punctuality and aim to provide efficient service to all clients. If a client arrives more than 30 minutes late for their scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment or provide services based on availability. Exceptions to this policy can only be made with prior approval from the company.

5. Color Processing Release Form: For clients undergoing color processing, a release form must be signed. This form acknowledges that in the event of hair loss or any other adverse effects resulting from actions taken by the client, we are not held responsible. The release form serves as a precautionary measure to ensure transparency and understanding.

6. Bounced Check Fees: In the event of a bounced check, a fee of $75 will be charged. This fee must be paid in full before a client can reschedule any future appointments.
